These terms govern use of this website, mobileaircommand.com. They describe the site's content and your use of it — they aren't the contract for an actual imaging assignment. Assignment scope, pricing, delivery, and cancellation terms are agreed in writing, per job, before work begins.

Site content

Text, photography, video, and design on this site belong to Mobile Air Command unless otherwise credited, and are provided for informational purposes — to describe services, credentials, and equipment. Reproduction or commercial use of this site's content without written permission isn't authorized.

The recreational flight footage shown on the About page was flown prior to and outside of Part 107 commercial operations, and is identified as such.

Flight operations

Commercial unmanned aircraft operations described on this site are conducted under the FAA Part 107 framework. Aerial visual documentation offered through this site is not a licensed inspection, survey, or appraisal, and nothing on this site should be read as one.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided as-is. Availability, response times, and service descriptions are accurate as of the date shown, but Mobile Air Command doesn't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Where this site links to a third-party site or service, that party's own terms and privacy practices apply — Mobile Air Command isn't responsible for third-party content.
