Services

Aerial Imaging Services

Every assignment begins with the objective: what must be shown, documented, marketed, or understood. The service is chosen to fit the mission — not the other way around.

Operational

Aerial Photography

High-resolution aerial imagery that establishes location, scale, condition, and context.

Operational

Aerial Video

Smooth, deliberate footage for listings, promotional films, websites, and social media.

Operational

Asset Documentation

Repeatable exterior coverage for progress, condition, configuration, inventory, and site context.

Developing Capability

3D & Reality Capture

Developing interior tours and exterior spatial capture for assets that conventional photography cannot fully explain.

Aerial photography

Stills that establish the whole story

High-resolution aerial imagery for listings, marketing, documentation, and planning. Composition is planned around what the image must communicate: location, scale, condition, approach, and context.

  • Property and waterfront context
  • Mobile assets: yachts, RVs, specialty vehicles
  • Site and facility overviews
  • Colour-corrected, listing-ready delivery
Aerial video

Smooth, deliberate motion

Cinematic footage for listings, promotional films, websites, and social media. Flight paths are planned for controlled, repeatable moves — landscape and vertical cuts delivered as the platform requires.

Asset documentation

Repeatable, honest records

Progress, condition, configuration, inventory, and site context — captured from consistent angles at consistent intervals so change over time is visible and defensible. Aerial visual documentation is not a licensed inspection, survey, or appraisal.

Approach

How I'd approach an assignment

No completed project history to show yet — here's the operating approach instead: the planning, the judgment calls, and what changes by asset type.

Yachts & marine assets

Marina access and launch/recovery area agreed in advance, tide and light window selected, mast and rigging clearance planned, transom names and other identifying detail excluded unless the owner approves otherwise. Stills plus a short cinematic pass, delivered listing-ready.

RV & specialty vehicles

Exterior scale and interior layout presented as one story rather than two separate shoots — the sequence a buyer or listing needs to understand size, condition, and configuration at a glance.

Construction & property progress

Repeat-angle documentation on a fixed schedule, shot from the same positions and altitudes each visit so change over time is visible and defensible — not a one-off flyover.

Equipment readiness

What's on hand today

A DJI Mini 4K, a DJI gimbal camera for stabilized interior work, a 360 camera with Matterport hosting, ND and CPL filters, six flight batteries, generator power in the field, and an iPhone 16 Pro Max for ground-level coverage are all owned and ready. Anything beyond that is sourced per assignment rather than carried as idle inventory — equipment scales to the job, and turnaround from booking to on-site is fast.

3D & reality capture

Developing capability

The 360 camera and Matterport account are in place — see equipment — but interior tours aren't offered commercially yet. A polished example needs to exist first, so quality and procedure are proven before this is offered as a deliverable.
