About

Every Flight Has a Mission.

Mobile Air Command is a Florida-based drone imaging business built on a simple idea: aerial photography should be planned, flown, and delivered with the discipline of a mission.

The operator

Prepared, deliberate, accountable

I'm Rodger Scoggin, the pilot and owner. I'm a Part 107 certified commercial operator, with more than five years of prior recreational flight experience. Every assignment I take gets the same treatment: a clear objective, a real flight plan, and honest delivery.

Before anything leaves the ground I've looked at the airspace, the weather window, the light, the obstacles, and the privacy considerations. That preparation is the product as much as the photograph is.

The name

A family legacy of aviation service

The name honors my father and family members who served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. My father served in Military Airlift Command and Strategic Air Command — a family history of airlift, preparation, and mission completion that shaped how I approach this work.

Mobile Air Command is an independent civilian business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Air Force, the United States military, or any military command.
